If you have a problem or are dissatisfied with your shoe purchase, please call us at 818-408-0523 or send us an email through our "Contact" page. We will do our best to attempt to resolve whatever issue you are having.

 

 

Custom made shoes are not returnable.  We are happy to send you shoes from our inventory to try on before placing your order if you are unsure of your exact size.  Please call the telephone number shown above to arrange to have shoes sent to you.  Once you have determined your size, you simply return the shoes to us.

 

Return authorization is required for any returns.

 

Shoes need to be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order.

 

Shipping is non-refundable. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for return shipment.

Shoes are not to be worn before being returned. Shoes need to be in their original box. Shoes that show signs of wear will not be accepted. In an effort to improve overall product and service quality, please inform us as to the reason for your return.
